This is a great choice where to stay when you vacation at Hampton Beach. Two stories and a deck upstairs looking towards the ocean. All the amenity’s, just like home. Clean as a whistle. The owners, Lu and Fred, keep it that way.

We utilized the propane grill out back for hot dogs and the setup for cooking lobsters and clams. If you choose to cook in, use the fully applianced kitchen for meals.

Plenty of choices, but none better.

My family has been vacationing in Hampton Beach for over 50 years and absolutely love it. I have stayed at many different beach houses over the years and 3 years ago we started renting this one and it has been the best one we have ever stayed in!!!
Lu and Fred are fabulous hosts and keep the house in wonderful condition!! It is very clean, has all the amenities you would need, a remarkable ocean view from the upstairs bedroom and 1 block from the beach!!! What more could you ask for!!!!
We would easily recommend this house and plan on renting here for many more years to come!!!

Having grown up at the North Beach, I was so happy to find such a beautiful spot to rent.
The love and care Lu & Fred have put into this home shows everywhere you look. Every convenience was at our fingertips.
Truly there was nothing more we could have asked for. The beach is a two minute walk, and some of us actually made it in to the cold Atlantic. We enjoyed a great week of weather, and headed to Kittery ME. on our one rainy day. A shopping day is always a must!!
We had three generations together and we all had a great time .

My husband and I rented this home for the first time in July 2017. The owners, Lu and Fred, were extremely nice, as they greeted us and showed us around the house, and gave us their tips about the area.

Friends and family joined us for a day here and there, and were all quite impressed with the beautiful decor and great beach location! The decks are amazing to sit out and enjoy the salt air and relax in the sunshine or shade. The grounds are well-maintained, and the house is kept pleasantly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home, and hope to return next summer!

My family & I were Lu & Freds 1st renters in 2013 at there stunning beach house &
have been renting the same week in July ever since ! This beach house is quite exceptional, the views from the top balcony are wonderful and there are also “2” other decks in which you can sit back and relax on. The home is always impeccably clean and ready to enjoy once you arrive. You are able to walk to the beach which is only minutes away to the almost private beach, which we LOVE. You are only a short distance from the strip at Hampton Beach but yet far enough away to enjoy the quietness of North Beach. Lu & Fred have always been very gracious and are wonderful host. In a nut shell we are VERY HAPPY RENTERS !!!!!

We have rented for 3 summers now and the family still loves it. The owners make improvements to the property yearly which continue to amaze us. The boys love to jog the beach and usually visit the center often. On the 4th we sit on the sea wall and watch the NH shoreline light up. We intend to enjoy next year and more at this wonderful retreat

We have the opportunity to stay here for a week while visiting Portsmouth. I get anxiety attacks when we book vacays to places unknown but this did not disappoint; clean, clean, clean.The house is in excellent condition so if you stay there DON’T RUIN IT! The pics hardly capture the actual condition of the home.

It’s only about 1-2 miles from the action at Hampton Beach which was a welcome surprise as things get busy there.A luncheonette three blocks to the left for breakfast and full amenities to cook home which we did 5 of 7 nights.

Lu & Fred were wonderful hosts and had the place ready to go when we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home for a week.     Michael M.
