If we find the property in need of maintenance, excessive cleaning or repair after check out we will deduct those costs from the security deposit prior to refund. Any damages over and above the security deposit are the tenant’s responsibility.

Before checkout, we ask that you thoroughly clean and put away all utensils, plates, pots, and pans, and remove food, drink, trash, and recyclables from the home. Please also make sure the air conditioning is switched off and all windows and doors are closed and locked.
